4 Windmill Street proudly presents the full premiere of Samuel Fouracre’s new animation Meicost Ettal (2013, duration 23′ 11″) which explores the psychological tension between the religion, creativity and sexuality of Ludwig II, King of Bavaria.

Samuel Fouracre (b. 1977, London) studied at the Royal College of Art, London. He lives and works in London. Fouracre’s work has been shown internationally and is held in private collections in the UK. Recent exhibitions include The Noodles We Eat, Christopher Crescent/HD:projects, New York (2013), Minstrel & Chronicle, Hannah Barry, London (2012), Health, Twelve Around One, London (2012) and NADA Art Fairs in Miami, Hudson and New York (2012).
